Patchouli Essential Oil has a distinctive earthy-sweet musky soothing aroma which makes it familiar for many people. It is a popular oil for use in perfumery skincare massage and diffusion. Patchouli is a wonderfully grounding and relaxing Essential Oil and a well-known aphrodisiac. It is also naturally cleansing and can be comforting to dry skin – try blending 1 drop of Patchouli 1 drop of Geranium and 2 drops of Bergamot in 10ml of Peach Kernel oil to use as a facial oil. Patchouli oil is often used in meditation practices to promote grounding and centring. Its earthy aroma helps create a peaceful and serene environment making it easier to focus and quiet the mind during meditation.
