Alternatively add up to 6 drops of the blend to an Essential Oil diffuser to create an atmosphere of energy and vibrance in your home or exercise environment. As a quick fix this blend is also ideal to massage into pulse point– just blend 3-5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage when you need a boost!
